Why did Priyanka Karki and Dayahang Rai go to the UK?

Priyanka Karki and Dayahang Rai are good friends. If Dayahangi Rai wasn't a happily married man with a little kid, one would certainly suspect of their affair. They show their affection whenever time permits. Whay did they go to UK together (in different flights) ? Are they having a romantic fling ?? I don't think so. ;)
