We’ve already explored the superhuman reflexes that have saved people from certain death, while simultaneously mocking people who survived similar situations armed only with the tepid power of placid stupidity and dumb luck. But maybe that wasn’t fair: Of course superhuman reflexes will come in handy, but how often does staring idiotically and maybe crying a little end up saving a life? Those are the ones we should be praising — the dim-witted, the slow, and the overwhelmed. To those of you who did absolutely nothing to save yourselves, but are simply too smiled upon by the universe to be pulped by a garbage truck, we salute you.

Entertainment is a form of activity that holds the attention and interest of an audience, or gives pleasure and delight. It can be an idea or a task, but is more likely to be one of the activities or events that have developed over thousands of years specifically for the purpose of keeping an audience’s attention.[1] Although people’s attention is held by different things, because individuals have different preferences in entertainment, most forms are recognisable and familiar. Storytelling, music, drama, dance, and different kinds of performance exist in all cultures, were supported in royal courts, developed into sophisticated forms and over time became available to all citizens. The process has been accelerated in modern times by an entertainment industry which records and sells entertainment products. Entertainment evolves and can be adapted to suit any scale, ranging from an individual who chooses a private entertainment from a now enormous array of pre-recorded products; to a banquet adapted for two; to any size or type of party, with appropriate music and dance; to performances intended for thousands; and even for a global audience.
The experience of being entertained has come to be strongly associated with amusement, so that one common understanding of the idea is fun and laughter, although many entertainments have a serious purpose. This may be the case in the various forms of ceremony, celebration, religious festival, or satire for example. Hence, there is the possibility that what appears as entertainment may also be a means of achieving insight or intellectual growth.

डोटी, ९ मंसिर - गाविसका सचिवले कति पैसा हिनामिना गर्न सक्छन्- एक, दुई लाख वा दश लाख ? होइन, एकैपटक ३९ लाख झ्वाम पार्न सक्छन्, त्यो पनि जुवाको खालमा ।

डोटीका पोखरी र जिजोडामाडौं गाविसका सचिव ईश्वरबहादुर सिंहले दुवै गाविसको सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्ताले जुवा खेलेका छन् । सिंहले प्रथम चौमासिकअन्तर्गत ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, एकल महिला, दलित र बालबालिकाको भत्ता लिएका थिए । उनले दसैँअघि नै बैंक खाताबाट भत्ता लिएका थिए । त्यसपछि सम्पर्कमा नरहेको जिल्ला विकास समिति डोटीले जनाएको छ ।

गाविससचिव सिंहले तिहारअघि सामाजिक सुरक्षा वितरणका लागि डोटीको पोखरी गाविसको २४ लाख ९४ हजार चार सय र जिजौडामाडौंको १४ लाख ६ हजार गरी ३९ लाख रुपैयाँ बुझेका थिए । तिहारको लक्ष्मीपूजाका दिन जुवामा अधिकांश रकम हारेपछि उनी बेपत्ता भएको स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी कृष्ण गौतमले बताए ।

प्रत्येक महिनाको ४ गते जिविसमा गाविससचिवहरूको बैठक बस्ने गर्छ । उनी पछिल्ला दुवै बैठकमा अनुपस्थित भएको एलडिओ कृष्ण गौतमले बताए ।

जिविसले गाविसको खातामा दसैँअघि नै हालिदिएको सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्ता सचिव सिंहले बाँडेका थिएनन् । तर, स्थानीयले समयमा नै गुनासो नगरेकाले अनियमितताको छानबिन ढिलाइ भएको गौतमले बताए । सिंह भने दसैँदेखि नै जिविसको सम्पर्कमा नरहेको गौतमको भनाइ छ ।

‘प्रत्येक महिना हुने बैठकमा लगातार दुईपटक अनुपस्थित भएपछि खोजी ग-यौँ,’ एलडिओ गौतमले भने, ‘उनी सुरुमा सम्पर्कमा थिए, पछि बेपत्ता भए ।’ तर पछिल्लो समय जिविसको सामाजिक सुरक्षा शाखा प्रमुख राम विष्टसँग सम्पर्कमा आएका सिंहले केही दिनमै रकम लिएर आउने बताएको गौतमको भनाइ छ ।नयाँ पत्रिकाबाट

त्यस्तै, काठमाण्डुको बबरमहलस्थित नेपाल मेघा कलेजको सहकार्यमा स्नातक र स्नातकोत्तर तहमा अध्ययनको पूर्ण छात्रवृत्ती प्रदान गरिएको हो।
शिक्षण शुल्क तथा छात्रवृत्ती प्रदान कार्यक्रममा पपुलर मल्टी मिडीयाका अध्यक्ष शक्ति बल्दव घोरासैनी, पपुलर मल्टी मीडियाले बनाउँदै गरेको चलचित्र ‘लम्फू’का निर्देशक गोपाल चन्द्र लामिछाने, चलचित्र निर्माता पुनम क्षेत्री गौतम, कलाकार सञ्जीत भण्डारी, बरिष्ठ साहित्यकार एल।बि। क्षेत्री, कुशुम श्रेष्ठका काका गोपिलाल श्रेष्ठ, क्वेस्ट मोडल कलेजका प्रिन्सिपल जगदिश चन्द्र शर्मा लगायतको उपस्थिति थियो।
छात्रवृत्ति पाईसकेपछि तरकारीवाली कुशुम श्रेष्ठले आफ्नो लागि यो सहयोग अतुलनीय रहेको बताईन् । ‘यो सहयोग मेरो लागि अतुलनिय छ । उहाँहरुको चाहना अनुरुप मैले उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त गर्न निरन्तर मेहनत गर्नेछु । अहिले मेरो प्रमूख प्राथमिकता भनेको अध्ययन नै हो।’
नेपाल चलचित्र निर्देशक समाजका महा(सचिव तथा चलचित्र निर्देशक गोपाल चन्द्र लामिछानेले कुशुमलाई आफूले ‘लम्फू’ चलचित्रमा उनलाई सुहाउने गरी एक भूमिका रहेकोले अफर गरेको बताए । ‘कुशुमलाई सुहाउने भूमिकामा हामीले अफर गरेका थियौँ तर उहाँले पहिले पढ्ने मनसाय व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। पहिले शिक्षा र पछि जुनसुकै क्षेत्र रोज्न सक्ने भनेपछि हामीले उनलाई छात्रवृत्ती दिने बारेका निर्णय गरेका हौँ’, निर्देशक लामिछानेले भने, ‘उनको उच्च शिक्षाको लागि यो हाम्रो सानो सहयोग हो’ ।
चलचित्र निर्माता पुनम क्षेत्री गौतमले अवसर आयो भन्दैमा हाम फाल्न पनि नहुने र अवसरलाई नबुझी लत्याउन पनि नहुने बताईन् । गौतमले कुशुमले चाहेको खण्डमा मोडलिङ् क्षेत्रमा आफूले सहयोग गर्ने प्रतिवद्दता जनाईन्।

काठमाडौं । तीन महिनाअघि विश्वभरका नेपालीलाई उद्धेलित बनाएको जीवन–जोया काण्डमा इन्टरनेट चलाउनै नआउने कामे मगरलाई समेत साइबरक्राइमको मुद्दामा थुनामा राखिएको छ । फिलिपिनी युवती जोयाको बिजोग देखाई चितवन निवासी उनका पति जीवन थापामगरबाट अन्यायपूर्वक तीन महिनाअघि आदर्श गृहका सञ्चालिका मिना खरेलले फर्काइएको पाइएको थियो । जोया फिलिपिन्स फर्किएको हृदयविदारक भिडियो र समाचार भाइरल बनेपछि सत्यतथ्य बाहिर ल्याउन सघाएका जीवनका मामा कामे मगरलाई पछिल्लो समय साइबरक्राइमको अभियोगमा थुनामा राखिएको हो । उनीसँगै पत्रकार महेश रानामगरलाई सोही मुद्दामा काठमाडौंको हनुमान ढोकामा थुनिएको छ । दुवैलाई ७ दिन म्याद थप गरी सोधपुछका लागि थुनामा राखिएको छ । आदर्श गृहका सञ्चालिका मिना खरेलको उजुरीका आधारमा पाँच दिनअघि चितवन प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको थियो । फिलिपिन्समा कानुनी र धार्मिक विधिअनुसार विवाह सम्पन्न गरेर गत ११ सेप्टेम्बरमा नेपाल फर्किएका जीवन र जोयालाई नेपाली कानुनअनुसार विवाह दर्ता गर्न जाँदा पक्राउ गरिएको थियो । पक्राउपछि दम्पत्तिलाई चार घन्टा हिरासतमा लिई छाडिएको थियो । तर, उनका मामा कामे मगर र पत्रकार महेश रानामगरलाई चितवनबाट काठमाडौं पठाइएको थियो । उजुरी दर्ताबारे आदर्श गृहमा सम्पर्क गर्न खोज्दा कोशिस असफल भएको छ । यता प्रहरीले यस विषयमा मुख खोल्न मानिरहेको छैन । यद्यपि, उनीहरु पक्राउ परेलगत्तै नेपाल मगर संघले बिनाशर्त रिहाईको माग गर्दै आईरहेको छ । संघका अध्यक्ष नवीन रोकामगरले घटनाबारे स्थलगत प्रतिवेदन आइसकेकाले गैरन्यायिक हिरासतमा राखिनु सामन्ती प्रवृत्ति रहेको जनाएका छन् । पत्रकार रानामगरलाई रिहाई गर्न आदिवासी जनजाति पत्रकार महासंघ (फोनिज)ले यसअघि नै विज्ञप्ति जारी गरिसकेको छ । हाल हिरासतमा रहेका दुवैको रिहाईको लागि मगर कानुन व्यवसायी संघ पैरवीमा लागेको छ । यसको नेतृत्व रामबहादुर थापामगरले गरिरहेका छन् ।

एजेन्सी – पाकिस्तानी अधिकारीहरुले बुधबार भारतले गरेको गोलीबारीमा परेर बसमा यात्रा गरिरहेका ९ सर्वसाधारणसहित ११ जनाको मृत्यु भएको दाबी गरेको छ विवादित कस्मिरको लाइन अफ कन्ट्रोलमा भएको उक्त घटनामा केही २ जना गाउँलेको पनि मृत्यु भएको बताइएको छ । प्रहरी अधिकारी वसिम खानका अनुसार भारतीय पक्षले गोलीबारी गर्दा निलुम उपत्यकामा बस यात्रा गरिरहेका ९ सर्वसाधारणको मृत्यु भएको थियो ।
त्यस्तै पाकिस्तान नियन्त्रित कश्मिरमा रहेको नाक्याल क्षेत्रमा रहेको एउटा गाउँमा २ जनाको मृत्यु भएको हो । बुधबार बिहान पाकिस्तानी पक्षले गरेको गोलिबारीमा ३ भारतीय सैनिकको मृत्यु भएको थियो । जसको प्रतिक्रियामा भारतीय पक्षले पनि गोलिबारी गरेको थियो ।
गोलिबारी बुधबार बिहान ९ बजेदेखि शुरु भएको थियो । पाकिस्तानी पक्षले बालाकोट भिमबर गाली, कृष्णघाटी र नौशेरामा रहेको भारतीय सुरक्षाकर्मीको पोष्टमा गोलिबारी गरेको थियो ।
माचिल क्षेत्रमा मारिएका तीन भारतीय सैनिकको शव श्रीनगर ल्याइएको छ । त्यसमध्ये एक सैनिकको शव टुक्राटुक्रा पारिएको अवस्थामा फेला परेको बताइएको छ ।

यत्तिमात्र होइन अहिलेका आधुनिक फोनमा काँच, प्लास्टिकलगायत विभिन्न धातु प्रयोग गरिएको हुन्छ । तथ्याङक अनुसार आज संसारका करिब दुई अर्ब मानिसले स्मार्टफोन बोक्छन् । यो संख्या प्रत्येक सेकेन्ड बढिराखेको छ ।
यसरी हेर्दा मानिसहरुले पुरानो भयो भनेर बहुमुल्य मोबाइल फा्याक्ने गरेका छन् । यसरी फ्याक्नु भनेको बहुमूल्य वस्तु गुमाउनु सरह भएको समाचारमा उल्लेख गरिएको छ ।
मोबाइलमा थातुको प्रयोगको विचित्र तथ्यांक छ । हामी पुरानो फोनलाई कवाड भनेर फालिदिन्छौँ । बढीमा १० प्रतिशत मोबाइलबाट मात्र त्यसमा जोडिएका धातुहरु निकालिन्छ । यसरी निकालिएका थातु अर्को मोवाइलमा प्रयोग गरिन्छ ।
एक अनुमानका अनुसार १० लाख मोवाइलबाट करीव १० टन तामा, ३५० किलो चाँदी, ३४ किलो सुन र १५ किलो प्यालेडियम निकाल्न सकिन्छ । त्यसैले पनि मोबाइल पुरानो भयो भनेर नफाल्नुहोस् त्यहाँ बहुमुल्य सम्पत्ति गुम्न सक्छ ।

एनएमएसएसका पदाधिकारी, रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सक लगायतकाले डिन कार्यालयमा धर्ना समेत दिएका छन् । उनीहरुले बुझाएको ज्ञापनपत्रमा संस्थानको भलाइ र गुणस्तरीय चिकित्सा शिक्षा र सेवामा आम नेपालीको सहज पहँुच स्थापित गर्ने अभियानलाई सफल बनाउन सिंहले। डिन पद पदबाट राजिनामा गर्नु पर्ने उल्लेख छ ।
सिंहले भने ज्ञापनपत्र ग्रहण गर्दै राजिनामा नगर्ने बताएका थिए । नयाँ मेडिकल कलेजलाई सम्बन्धन र एमबिबिएसका विद्यार्थी भर्नामा अनियमितता गर्नका लागि हालको अस्थिरता जारी राखिएको एनएमएसएसका अध्यक्ष डा।सागर पोखरेलले बताए ।
आफूहरु सकेसम्म अस्पताल बन्द नगर्ने पक्षमा रहेको र डा।केसीले समेत जे भए पनि अस्पतालको सेवा जारी राख्नु भन्दै आएकाले हालसम्म विरोधको स्वरुप कडा नगरेको पनि उनले बताए । ‘तर, कसैले सुनिरहेको छैन, १० दिन भयो सरको ज्यान खतरामा पर्ने भएकोले अब अस्पताल बन्द गर्नेसम्मका विरोध गर्न हामीलाई बाध्य पार्न थालिएको छ,’ पोखरेलले भने । अनसन तोडाउने बेला सहमति गर्ने तर पालना नगर्ने सरकारको क्रियाकलापले केसीले दस दसपटक अनसन बस्नु परेको पनि विद्यार्थीहरुले बताए ।
डा।गोविन्द केसीले दसौंपटकको अनसनसम्म गरि १ सय दुई दिन अनसन बसेका छन् । उनको १० औं अनसन मंगलबार १० औं दिनमा पुगेको छ । उनको नवौ अनसन १२ औ दिनमा स्थगित भएको थियो । यस्तै आठौं अनसन १६ औ दिनमा पुगेर तोडिएको थियो । तेस्रो अनसनता १४ दिनको थियो ।

CPN-UML senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalnath Khanal has stressed on time-relevant education to fight against poverty, unemployment and illiteracy in the country. A history of forty-five years of devotion to nation Kanti Children’s Hospital (KCH) was established in the year 1963 AD as a general hospital. It was converted into Kanti Children’s Hospital in the year 1970. This hospital was founded under former Soviet aid. Also in the year 1970, 100 beds were added. It is now a 300-bed hospital and it is planned to upgrade into 500-bed hospital in the near future. Civil construction work for additional 200 beds is near completion.

सोमबार भारतको विधायिका–संसदको विकास एवं वित्तिय समितिको बैठक पछि ७६ किलोमिटर लामो यो परियोजना सम्बन्धि ‘इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिजिङ एण्ड फाइनान्सियल सर्भिस लिमिटेड’ सँग सबै सम्झौता रद्द गर्ने निर्णय गरेको भारतीय स्रोतले बताएको छ ।

गत आइतबार अर्थ र विकास समितिको संयुक्त बैठकमा भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायातमन्त्री रमेश लेखकले नीजगढ फास्ट ट्र्याक निर्माण गर्न आइएल एण्ड एफससँग भएका सबै समझदारी सहमतीका साथै १० सेप्टेम्बर २०१४ को पिओई सूचना तथा तत्पश्चात् जारी आरएफपी अनुसार दर्ता भएको निजको प्रस्ताव रद्द गर्ने निष्कर्षमा आफ्नो मन्त्रालय पुगेको बताएका थिए ।

Interviewed Kanchan Sharma Regmi (Didi). A person with comfort in his voice, the slow conversations style, and the soft speaking skills was seen as a protector, a listener to a conversation rather than a person interviewing Kanchan Sharma Regmi. Had he done the research before the interview, which generally every interviewer does, the conversation could have turned into an investigation that could  reveal the reality. The 23 minutes of interview raised more questions than answers to a general public. The interview was basically a story told by Kanchan titled “how miserable her life was made by her husband Mohan and her two sons Dipendra and Sagar Regmi” without objections. The grieve she carried in her heart was heart-breaking according to her, her tears and shaking voice was the only proof she provided, and Suman Ji dared to doubt it. तुला ( रा, री, रु, रे, रो, ता, ती, तू ,ते¬) खनिज पदार्थ, प्राकृतिक स्रोत साधन सँग सम्बन्धित बस्तुहरु जस्तै धातु तथा पानि सँग सम्बन्धित बस्तुहरुको कारोबारबाट फाईदा हुनेछ । दाजुभाई तथा आफन्तजनबाट आर्थिक सहयोग प्राप्त हुनेछ । बिद्यामा अरुलाई पछि पारेर अगाडि बड्ने समय रहेको छ । साना तिना स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धि समस्याले सताउँनेछ । माया प्रेमको बन्धन कसिलो हुनको साथै दाम्पत्य जिबन सुखि रहनेछ । ब्यापार ब्याबसायबाट प्रशस्त आम्दानि हुनेछ । सवारि साधन प्राप्तिको योग रहेको छ ।

धनु (ये, यो, भा, भी, भू , ध, फा, ढा, भे) सामाजिक कामको सिलसिलामा ब्यास्त हुने समय रहेको भएपनि प्रतिफल शुन्य जस्तै हुनेछ । राजनिति तथा समाजसेवामा गरिएको लगानि बालुवामा पानि जस्तै हुनेछ । मान सम्मान तथा ईज्जत प्रतिष्ठामा दाग लाग्न सक्छ ख्याल गर्नुहोला । निति निर्माण तहमा तपाईको सहभागिताले महत्वपुर्ण भुमिका खेल्ने भएपनि आफ्नै साथिहरुबाट आलोचना खप्नु पर्नेछ । लामो धार्मिक तथा शैक्षिक यात्रा गर्दा ध्यान दिनुहोला बाटोमा दुख हुन सक्छ ।
मकर (भो, जा, जी, जू, जे, जो, ख, खी, खू,खे, खो, गा, गी¬) भौतिक सम्पति तथा रुपैया पैसा हराउन तथा लुटिन सक्छ ख्याल गर्नुहोला । नितिगत मुद्धा मामिला आई लाग्न सक्छ काम गर्दा ध्यान दिनु जरुरि देखिन्छ । ब्यापार ब्याबसायमा आजको दिन लगानि नगर्नुनै राम्रो हुनेछ । बैक तथा बित्तिय सस्थामा गरिएको लगानि बाट सन्तोषजनक नाफा हुनेछ । स्वास्थ्यमा समस्या आई उपचार खर्च बढेर जानेछ । बिद्यामा सफलता पाउन मेहनेत गर्नुपर्ला । दिदि बहिनि बाट सहयोगको आश्वासन मात्र प्राप्त हुनेछ ।
कुम्भ (गू , गे , गो, सा, सी, सू , से, सो, दा) साझेदारि ब्यापार ब्याबसायबाट प्रशस्त नाफा कमाउन सकिनेछ । पर्यटन सम्बन्धि ब्याबसाय फस्टायर जानेछ । पारिवारिक माहोलमा दिन बित्ने हुँदा मन प्रशन्न रहनेछ । माया प्रेम तथा पति पत्नि बिच को सम्बन्धको गाठो कसिलो भएर जानेछ । तपाईको ब्याक्तित्व देखि सबै मोहित हुनेछन् । बिद्या तथा प्रतिश्पर्धामा अरुलाई पछाडि पारिनेछ । बैदेशिक यात्राको सम्भावना निकै बलियो रहेको छ । साथिभाई तथा आफन्तबाट उत्साहजनक सहयोग प्राप्त हुनेछ ।
मीन (दी दू थ झ ञ दे दो चा ची ) ऋण, रोग तथा सत्रुबाट छुटकारा मिल्नेछ । प्रतिश्पर्धा तथा बादबिवाद प्रतियोगितामा तपाईकै जित हुनेछ । न्यायलयबाट हुने न्याय सम्पादन तपाईकै पक्षमा हुनेछन् । ब्यापार ब्याबसायमा प्रशस्त आम्दानि हुनेछ । माया प्रेममा बिश्वासको बातावरण अझ मजभुत भएर जानेछ । शरिरमा स्फुर्ति बढ्नेछ । मामा तथा मावलि पक्षबाट सहयोग पाईनेछ । अरुबेला तपाईको कुरा काट्ने तथा खुट्टा तान्नेहरु तपाईकै प्रशंसा गर्दै हिड्नेछन् ।
रासिफलमा जे जस्तो भए पनि ब्यस्त रहनुहोस् मस्त रहनुहोस् धन्यबाद ।<

विहान स्वास गनाउने समस्यालाई ‘ह्यालिटोसिस’ (Halitosis) भन्छ। दाँत सफा नगर्ने बानीले गर्दा, सुत्ने तरिका नमिल्दा अनि केही खानेकुराह खाँदा विहान स्वास गनाउने गर्दछ। राति सुत्दा मुख सुक्खा भयो भने पनि स्वास गनाउने गर्दछ। हुन त दुर्गन्धित स्वास हुनुका कारणहरू थुप्रै छन्, तर त्यी समस्यालाई समाधान गर्ने तरिकाहरू पनि पक्कै थुप्रै छन्।
तीमध्येकै केहि सम्भव तरिकाहरू यसप्रकार रहेका छन्-
१. सुत्नुभन्दा अगाडि दाँत माझ्ने बानी बसाल्नुहोस्-
दाँतको सरसफाइमा उचित ध्यान दिनुभयो भने, स्वास गनाउने समस्याको त समाधान हुन्छ त्यसको साथसाथै विभिन्न दन्तरोगहरूबाट पनि बच्न सकिन्छ। बहान उठेपछि तथा सुत्नुभन्दा अगाडि दाँत माझ्दा बिहानीपख स्वास गनाउने समस्या कम हुँदै जान्छ।
२. दिनमा एकचोटि जीब्रो सफा गर्नुहोस्-
विहान उठ्दा स्वास गनाइराखेको छ भने तपाईँको जीब्रोमा बाक्लो सेतो लेउ लागेको हुन सक्छ। यस्तो लेउमा स्वासलाई दुर्गन्धित बनाउने ब्याक्टेरियाहरू जम्मा भएर बसेका हुन्छन्। त्यसैले दाँत माझेपछि नरम ब्रसले जीब्रोलाई हलुका सफा गर्ने बानी बसाल्नुहोस्। जीब्रो सफा गर्दा बढी बल प्रयोग गर्नुभयो भने, जीब्रोका टेस्ट बड (Taste bud) हरूमा क्षति पुगि स्वादको पहिचान गर्न कठिनाइ हुन सक्छ।
३. नुन पानीले मुख कुल्ला गर्नुहोस्-
अल्कोहलको मात्रा भएका मुख कुल्ला गर्ने तरल पदार्थहरूले मुखलाई झन् बढी सुक्खा गराउँदछ। त्यसैले मुख कुल्ला गर्दा घरेलु उपाय अपनाउन पनि सकिन्छ। त्यसको लागि १ गिलास मनतातो पानीमा आधा चम्चा नुन राखेर घोल्नुहोस् र त्यस पानीले मुख कुल्ला गर्नुहोस्। त्यसो गरेमा स्वासलाई दुर्गन्धित बनाउने ब्याक्टेरियाहरू मर्दछ।
औषधी पसलमा अल्कोहल नमिसाइएको माउथवासहरू पनि पाइन्छन्, त्यसको प्रयोग गर्न पनि सक्नुहुन्छ। यसरी मुख कुल्ला गर्दा रातभरी मुखमा जम्मा भएर बसेका ब्याक्टेरियाहरू हट्छन् र स्वास गनाउने समस्यामा कमी हुँदै जान्छ।
४. सुत्ने बानीलाई सुधार्नुहोस्-
राती सुत्दा घुर्नुभयो अथवा मुख खुल्ला गरेर सुत्नुभयो भने गह्रौँ स्वास फेर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ, जसले गर्दा विहान स्वास गनाउन सक्छ। त्यसैले सुत्ने बानीमा सुधार ल्याउनु जरुरी हुन्छ। त्यसको लागि उत्तानो परेर सुत्नुभन्दा कोल्टे परेर सुत्नु उचित हुन्छ, र सुत्दा मुखको सट्टा नाकले सास फेर्ने बानी बसाल्नुहोस्।
५. सुत्नुभन्दा अगाडि नाकबाट सास फेर्ने बानी गर्नुहोस्-
सुत्नुभन्दा अगाडि एउटा कुरा सम्झिनुहोस्, “नाक सास फेर्नको लागि हो र मुख खानको लागि हो!” केहि दिनसम्म सुत्नुभन्दा पहिले नाकले स्वास फेर्ने अभ्यास गर्नुहोस्, अनि सुत्दा पनि मुख बन्द गर्नुहोस् र नाकले नै स्वास फेर्नुहोस्।
६. सुत्नुभन्दा अगाडि १ गिलास पानी पिउनुहोस्–
राति सुत्दा शरीरमा पानीको कमी हुन गयो भने पनि मुख सुक्खा हुने गर्दछ, जसले विहानमा दुर्गन्धित सास निम्त्याउँदछ। त्यसैले दिनमा पनि कम्तीमा ८ गिलास पानी पिउनुपर्ने हुन्छ र राति सुत्नुभन्दा अगाडि पनि १ गिलास पानी जरुर पिउनुहोस्। १ गिलास दूध पिउँदा पनि दुर्गन्धित सासमा कमी आउँदछ।
७. ताजा फलफूल तथा साजसब्जिहरू खानुहोस्-
ताजा र प्रशस्त पानी पाइने फलफूल, जस्तै गाँजर, काँक्रो, स्याउ, आदि दैनिक खानुभयो भने पनि सास गनाउने समस्यामा कमी हुन्छ।
धेरै बोसो तथा चिल्लो भएका खानेकुराहरू नखाँदैमा उचित हुन्छ। त्यसले गर्दा मुखमा किटोन्स (ketones) नामक रसायन जम्मा हुन्छ, जसले एकदमै दुर्गन्धित सास पैदा गराउँदछ। त्यसैले यस्ता खानेकुराहरू खानुभन्दा पहिले विचार पुर्याउनु जरुरी हुन्छ।
८. लसुन, प्याँज र पीरो खानेकुराहरू नखानुहोस्-
सबैलाई थाहा भएकै कुरा हो कि, प्याँज खाएपछि कत्तिको सास गनाउँछ भनेर! हुन त प्याँज खानु स्वास्थ्यको लागि राम्रै कुरा हो, तर नराम्रो सासबाट मुक्त हुन चाहनुहुन्छ भने यस्ता खानेकुराहरू नखाँदै उचित हुन्छ। नियमित रूपमा लसुन, प्याँज सेवन गर्ने मानिसहरूको सास मात्रै होइन, पुरै शरीरबाट नै दुर्गन्ध आउने गर्दछ।
९. गुलियो खानेकुरामा कमी गर्नुहोस्-
धेरै गुलियो खानेकुराहरू खाएपछि मुखमा केहि कणहरू बाँकी हुन्छ, जुन पछि गएर दुर्गन्धको श्रोत बन्न जान्छ। त्यस्ता कणहरूमा ब्याक्टेरिया पनि छिट्टै नै आकर्षित हुने गर्दछ। ती ब्याक्टेरियाहरू एसिडमा परिणत हुन्छन् र दाँत कुहिने, दाँत खिइने तथा सास गनाउने जस्ता विभिन्न समस्याहरू देखा पर्दछ। त्यसैले गुलियो खानेकुराहरू खइसकेपछि पानीले मुख कुल्ला गर्न नबिर्सनुहोला।
१०. चिकित्सकको सल्लाह लिनुहोस्-
जुनसुकै उपायहरू अपनाउँदा पनि तपाईँको सास गनाउन छोडेन भने त्यो सामान्य अवस्था पक्कै पनि होइन। त्यस्तो अवस्थामा तुरुन्त चिकित्सकको सल्लाह लिनु आवश्यक हुन्छ। कम्तीमा पनि वर्षको एकचोटि सबैजनाले दन्त चिकित्सकसँग आफ्नो दाँतको जाँच गराउनु आवश्यक हुन्छ। त्यसो गरेमा तपाईँको दाँतमा तपाईँले थाहा नपाउने गरि आउने समस्याको पनि तुरुन्तै पहिचान हुन्छ र अझ बढी समस्या आउनबाट बच्न सकिन्छ।

This is my day to day life throughout the 7 days that I spent in North Korea. You can never be sure whether things were staged or not in North Korea because you are only shown what they want you to see. You can’t choose where or when you will be going to specific places, they simply tell you to hop on a bus and ask you to get off at one point or another.
That is why I didn’t want to offer my opinion about whether things were staged or not, whether they were good or not, or honest or not. My goal was to show you what my day to day life looked like when I was there and let you make up your own mind and judge for yourself.

Frustrated by commuters’ misbehaviour during confrontations, Nepal Traffic Police have started using GoPro camera strapped around their body to record such incidents.
Traffic police stationed at New Road, Thapathali, Baneshwor, Durbarmarg and Singha Durbar have started carrying such cameras while on duty from Tuesday. The cameras will be used for recording conversations between drivers during accidents and when they talk to traffic police while being stopped for licence check or violation of traffic rules.
The video recorded by the camera can be used for settling cases pertaining to traffic rule violation. It can record audio from a distance of five metres and is useful for identifying the guilty party. There have also been complaints from several quarters regarding harsh behaviours of traffic police. The recording devices will them understand the sensitivity while dealing with the public.
DIG Prakash Aryal of Traffic Police said, “The drive has been launched to make traffic police more accountable for their actions. As they know that their actions too are being recorded, they will be more aware and act politely while handling such cases.”
The move is aimed at curbing misbehaviours of some ill-mannered riders who give warnings such as ‘suspending the traffic police on duty’. Inspector Sunil Jung Shah at Durbarmarg-based traffic police office said the camera is also useful to know the mistakes on the part of traffic police. The camera is waterproof, Shah said. ekantipur.

Swayembhu stupa is a very special place for Hindu and Buddhist people in Kathmandu city, because from this stupa our Nepali calendar starts from, and this is the best place to have a wonderful view of Kathmandu city.
Day 03: Leave Kathmandu after breakfast for Pokhara city also known as the second capital of Nepal and city of lakes.  It’s another 6 hours car ride to Pokhara.  Have an easy evening in Pokhara and stay overnight.
Day 04: Visit  few places around Pokhara city and stay overnight in Pokhara.
Day 05: Wake up early in the morning and take a car ride of 2 hours to Naya pull and from Naya pull walk for one hour to Birethanti village.  In Birethanti stop for breakfast and after breakfast leave Birethanti  for Tikhedhunga; it’s another four hours hike little uphill and stop in Tikhedhunga for lunch. After lunch leave Tikhedhunga for Ulleri village and it’s another two and half hours hike uphill.  Ulleri village is 1960 miters high from sea level. Stay overnight in Ulleri village in  a  guest House.
Day 06: Leave Ulleri village after breakfast for Nangethanti village.  It’s a another three hours hike up hill and stop in Nangethanti village for lunch. After lunch start hiking uphill for another 2 hours to Ghorepani village.  Gorepani village is 2874 miters high from sea level.  Stay overnight in Gorepani village Guest House.
Day 07: Wow now it’s  time to do some really good morning hike. Wake up early in the morning and hike uphill to the Pun Hil;  it’s a two hours hike. From Pun Hill you can see a beautiful sunrise through the Annapurna mountain range. Pun Hill is 3210 miters high from sea level. After watching the sunrise come down to Gorepani village and stop for breakfast and then leave Gorepani village for Banthanti village and stop for  lunch. It’s a four hours hike to Banthanti village. After lunch leave Banthanti village for Tadapani village and it’s another three hours hike little uphill. Stay overnight in Tadapani in a guest House. Tadapani village is 2721 miters high from sea level.
Day 08: Wake up in a good time and after breakfast leave Tadapani village for Ghandruk villag.  It’s another four hours hike down and stop in Ghandruk village for lunch.  Put all your bags in the Guest House room and explore Ghandruk village by walk and later come back to Guest House and stay overnight in Ghandruk village. Ghandruk village is 1939 miters high from sea level.
Day 09: Wake up in a good time and after breakfast leave Ghandruk village and hike downhill to Birethanti village.Iit’s another six hours hike downhill, then stop for lunch. After lunch leave Birethanti village for Naya pull. It’s another two hours hike and from Naya pull take a car ride oftwo hours to Pokhara city and stay overnight in Pokhara city.
Day 10: Leave Pokhara for Bandipur village.  It’s a 2 hours car ride.
Bandipur is  one of the most beautiful villages in Nepal where you can see how farmers known as Newari people live in the villages. Later we will explore Bandipur village by walk. Stay overnight in guest house in Bandipur.
Day 11: Leave Bandipur village for Kathmandu. It’s another 4 hours car ride to Kathmandu. Arrive in Kathmandu and stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 12: Leave hotel after breakfast to visit  Bhaktpur city.
Bhaktpur city. Everyone who goes to  Bhaktpur city feel s very attached to this city. Bhaktpur city has a kind of magic which makes you feel like you are back in sixteen century. Later come back to hotel and have an easy afternoon.

मंसिर ६ – भारु पाँचसय र हजार दरका नोटको आम्दानी वा सटही गरेको प्रमाण पेस गर्न सके साट्न दिन यस विषयमा राय दिन गठन गरेको समितिले आग्रह गर्ने भएको छ । राष्ट्र बैंकका डेपुटी गभर्नर चिन्तामणि सिवाकोटीको संयोजकत्वमा गठित उक्त समितिले राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकिदिएको फारम भरेर बैंक खाताबाट मात्रै नोट सटही गर्न सकिने गरी मोडालिटी तयार गरेको हो । यो खबर हामीले आजको कान्तिपुरबाट लिएका हौ।

नोट सटहीको मोडालिटी र वैधानिक स्रोतबाट आम्दानी भएका नोट पहिचानबारेमा अवधारणा पत्रमा यी विषय समावेश गरिएको डेपुटी गभर्नर सिवाकोटीले जानकारी दिए ।
नेपालस्थित भारतीय राजदूतावासले नोट सटहीको भरपर्दो विधि ९मोडालिटी० मागेपछि राष्ट्र  बैंकले भारु व्यवस्थापन समिति गठन भएको थियो । समितिले नोट सटहीको मोडालिटी र वैधानिक नोट पहिचानबारेमा अवधारणा पत्र तयार गरेको छ । अवधारणा पत्र सम्बन्धमा भारतीय राजदूतावासका कर्मचारीहरूसँग अनौपचारिक छलफल भए पनि राष्ट्र बैंकले औपचारिक रूपमा बुझाइसकेको छैन ।
‘नोट सटहीलाई कसरी व्यवस्थित र सुरक्षित बनाउन सकिन्छ भन्ने बारेमा अवधारणा पत्र निर्माण गरिरहेका छौं,’ राष्ट्र बैंकका डेपुटी गभर्नर सिवाकोटीले भने, ‘भारतीय राजदूतावासमार्फत भारत सरकारलाई बुझाउँछौं । त्यसपछि भारतको जवाफ के हुन्छ । त्यसकै आधारमा नोट सटहीबारे निर्णय हुनेछ ।’
बैंकिङ प्रणालीमार्फत नेपालमा रहेको सबै वैधानिक नोट सटही होस् भन्ने राष्ट्र बैंकको उद्देश्य भएको र सोहीअनुरूप मोडालीटी तयार भएको उनले जनाए ।
राष्ट्र बैंकले बनाएको मोडालीटीमा ग्राहकको पूर्ण पहिचान९केवाईसी० भएको बैंक खातामार्फत अनिवार्य गरिएको छ । यस्तै, नोट सटहीका लागि ग्राहकले राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकेको फाराम  भर्नुपर्ने छ ।
फाराममा सटही गर्न नोटको नम्बर, आम्दानी वैध भएको भरपर्दो स्रोत, एउटा बैंकबाट मात्र सटही गर्ने प्रतिवद्धतालगायत थुप्रै विवरण समावेस भएको राष्ट्र बैंक विदेशी विनिमय व्यवस्थापन विभाग प्रमुख भिष्मराज ढुङगानाले बताए । ‘नेपालीसँग रहेको सबै वैधानिक रकम साटीयोस भन्ने हाम्रो चाहना हो,’ उनले भने, ‘ यसकारण प्रतिव्यक्ति २५ हजार सटही गर्नुपर्‍यो भनेर भारतलाई भनेका छैनौं । तर, सर्वसाधारणले २५ हजारसम्म सटही सुविधा पाएकाले न्यूनतम त्यत्ति रकम साटीनुपर्छ भन्ने हाम्रो माग हो ।’
राष्ट्र बैंकले बनाएको मोडालिटी अनुसार भारु पाँचसय र हजार दरका नोट सटहीको क्रममा भरपर्दो स्रोत नभए र नोट नक्कली निस्किए कानून बमोजिम कारवाही भोग्ने कुरामा ग्राहकले पहिले नै प्रतिवद्धता जनाउनुपर्ने छ । यस्तै, नोट सटहीका लागि बैंक खाता अनिवार्य हुनुपर्नेछ । एउटाभन्दा बढी बैंकमा खाता भएपनि एउटै खाताबाट मात्र नोट सटही सुविधा पाइनेछ । कुनै ग्राहकले एकभन्दा बढी खाताबाट नोट सटही गरेको भेटिएमा राष्ट्र बैंकले कानुन बमोजिम कारवाही गर्नेछ ।
राष्ट्र बैंकले तयार गरेको मोडालिटी भारतलाई स्वीकार्य भए सबै बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले आफ्नो वेबसाइटमा ‘होम नोटिस’ अनिवार्य रुपमा प्रकाशित गर्नुपर्नेछ । नोट सटही गर्ने ग्राहकले पूर्ण रुपमा केवाईसी भर्नुपर्नेछ । भारतले नोट सटहीका लागि कडाई गरे अनुरुप नेपालले पनि सकेसम्म भारतलाई आश्वस्त पार्न खोजेको छ ।

Atul Memorial Gurukul is the first classical music Gurukul in Nepal.

काठमाडौं ६ मङ्सिर – नेपाली कांग्रेसका सांसद धनराज गुरुङले बृद्वि भएको पारिश्रमिक, भत्ता एवं सुबिधा रकम भूकम्प पीडित राहत कोषमा दिने बताएका छन् । सोमबार दिउँसो ट्विट गर्दै उनले बृद्धि भएको रकम कोषमा पठाउन संसद सचिवालयमा निवेदन दिएको बताएका छन् ।
उनले ट्विट गरेका छन्, ‘बृद्वि भएको पारिश्रमिक, भत्ता एवं सुबिधा रकम भूकम्प पीडित राहत कोषमा पठाउनको लागि संसद सचिवालयमा निवेदन दिएँ ।’ उनले निवेदनमा भनेका छन्, ‘पुनर्निर्माणका कार्यहरु अगाडि नबढिरहेको र भूकम्प पीडितहरुले अझैपनि राज्यद्वारा घोषित राहत पाउन सकेका छैनन् । यस अवस्थामा आफ्नो तलवभत्ता आफैंले बृद्धि गर्नु संसदीय अभ्यास विपरित समेत रहेको छ ।’ संसद्ले आइतबार सुविधासम्बन्धी विधेयक छोटो प्रक्रियाबाट पारित गरी संसद्का पदाधिकारी तथा सदस्यको सुविधा ह्वात्तै बढाएको थियो । संघीय संसद्का पदाधिकारी तथा सदस्यको पारिश्रमिक तथा सुविधा सम्बन्धमा व्यवस्था गर्न बनेको विधेयकलाई सदनमै दफाबार छलफल टुंग्याउँदै संसद् बैठकले सांसदहरूको घरभाडा, बैठक भत्ता, यातायात सुविधा र भ्रमणभत्ता वृद्धि गरेको थियो । पारित विधेयकअनुसार सांसदहरूले आवास सुविधाबापत मासिक १८ हजार, सञ्चार सुविधाबापत ३ हजार, धारा बिजुलीका लागि २ हजार पाउने छन् । यसअघि सांसदले २०५२ को ऐनअनुसार मासिक ६ हजार ५ सय घरभाडा, टेलिफोनको २ हजार, पत्रपत्रिकाका लागि ३ सय र धारा बिजुलीको १ हजार २ सय ४८ रुपैयाँ मात्रै पाउँथे । उनीहरूले पाउने मासिक विशेष भत्ता एक हजार र अतिथि सत्कार खर्च मासिक एक हजार र फर्निचरका लागि एकमुष्ट १५ हजार रुपैयाँ र एक जना स्वकीय सचिव (शाखा अधिकृतस्तरको) को सुविधा यथावत् छ । नयाँ व्यवस्थाअनुसार सांसदहरूले दैनिक एक हजार रुपैयाँ बैठक भत्ता र अर्को एक हजार रुपैयाँ यातायात खर्च पाउने छन् । बैठक बसेको दिनमा मात्रै पाउने यस्तो भत्ता समिति, उपसमिति र पूर्ण बैठक जतिवटा बसे पनि दिनको एउटाको मात्रै गणना हुन्छ । यसअघि उनीहरूले दैनिक दुई सय रुपैयाँ बैठक भत्ता र एक सय पचास रुपैयाँ यातायात खर्च पाउँदै आएका थिए ।

The Nepal Chapter of the Belt and Road International Trade and Investment Platform, a mutual exchange platform of global purchasers and suppliers, was launched here on Saturday. It is the one of the private sector-led initiatives to promote the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road in Nepal with the Himalayan country already signing agreement with China to become a part of the Chinese initiative for global connectivity. The Belt and Road initiative, proposed by China in 2013, brings together countries in Asia, Europe and even Africa via overland and maritime networks. The international trade and investment platform was formed with a joint initiative of chamber of commerce, associations and authoritative organizations from all countries along the Belt and Road.
