Dahal called for agreement on revision to four issues of the
constitution and clarified how the commonplace limit column could be
tended to, UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli encouraged Dahal not to enlist the
proposition, saying “it is hostile to national”, as per a pioneer who
was available in the three-party meeting.
Oli is additionally learnt to have told the decision coalition that
the UML would “do what the primary restriction should do” if the
legislature “persuasively enrolls the change proposition”, as per the
pioneer, who said the fundamental resistance introduced itself
forcefully at the meeting.
With the principle restriction, which on Sunday made its position
clear that it would dismiss the constitution alteration proposition,
declining to move from its position on Monday too, the representing
