heartbreaking seene on the road in kathmandu

today onwards. The presence of the employees at the government and private offices has been scarce as it is a Friday. Koirala added that it will take a few days to normalize with many employees and service recipients still arriving back from their home districts whereas Saturday is the Dashain Purnima (Kojagrat Purnima) and a public holiday. The public waiting for service have breathed a sigh of relief after the government offices opened after a six-day Dashain holiday.
